The EDTT is a non-governmental organization that devises constructive and creative solutions for the mental reconstruction of our country's youth and the thought processes of the next generation of Afghanistan.

The EDTT aims to survey and gather precise scientific information and also to identify the tendencies and inclinations of Afghanistan’s citizens around the world.

Think Tanks are non-profit research institutions and centers that can be either governmental or non-governmental.
Think Tanks are not political parties or groups, although they may have political, religious, and cultural motivations. They can closely and amicably collaborate with political parties, civil society, governments, and institutions of a human society. There is no doubt that distinguished and creative think tanks may be good replacements for political parties and civil society in the future.

The idea and plan for establishing this Think Tank were proposed by Dr. Khalidin Ziaee and it was officially established at the Herat Security Conference in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, in the year 2024 AD corresponding to 1402 Solar Hijri.

This center initially strives to connect with Afghanistan’s citizens around the world through media and social networks.
This Think Tank, considering the disordered state of the country, invites all of Afghanistan’s specialists, whether abroad or inside the country, and especially focused and committed youth, to unite in transforming the current situation and leading the country into a new era by presenting distinct and innovative solutions to the existing cultural, religious, and political challenges.
